120 g butter,
50 g coconut manna (can be replaced with another peanut manna or 30 g of butter)
100 g powdered sugar,
250 g wheat flour,
a pinch of salt,
0.5 teaspoon baking powder.
Cream butter and coconut manna with powdered sugar.
Add the egg, salt and stir.
Mix flour with baking powder and prepare the medium dough.
Wrap the dough in a plastic bag and leave it to cool down in the fridge for 30 minutes.
Turn the oven on 180 degrees so that it warms up well.
Roll out a layer of dough of 0.5 cm thickness, dust with flour and apply a pattern.
Transfer the cookie blanks onto a baking sheet covered with baking paper.
Bake in a well-warmed oven for about 7 minutes.
